1. Digital Products Only

TRTYF, operated by R L STARS LTD, sells digital products only.

We do not sell physical products and therefore do not provide physical shipping, courier delivery, or postal delivery.

2. Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase and payment confirmation, your digital product may be delivered electronically through:

  • A download link;
  • Email;
  • Your customer account;
  • A digital delivery system; or
  • Another electronic method specified on the product page.

Delivery is generally made electronically rather than through physical shipping.

3. Delivery Time

Digital products are generally available shortly after the order and payment have been successfully processed.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Payment verification;
  • Technical issues;
  • Security checks;
  • Email delivery problems; or
  • Temporary service interruptions.

If you have not received your digital product within a reasonable period after completing your purchase, please contact us.

4. Download Problems

If your download link does not work, your file is corrupted, or you cannot access a product you purchased, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Provide a new download link;
  • Provide a replacement file; or
  • Resolve the delivery issue.

5. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address and did not receive your digital product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order and, where reasonably possible, assist with delivery.

6. No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital:

  • No shipping fee is charged for digital delivery.
  • No tracking number is provided.
  • No physical package will be sent.
  • Delivery does not depend on a courier or postal service.

7. International Customers

TRTYF may accept orders from customers in different countries. Digital products are delivered electronically, so physical shipping restrictions generally do not apply.

However, customers are responsible for ensuring that they can legally purchase and use the relevant digital product in their jurisdiction.

8. Third-Party Delivery Services

TRTYF may use third-party services to process payments, host files, or deliver digital products.

If a third-party service experiences an outage or technical problem, delivery may be temporarily affected. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an alternative delivery method where possible.
